Abstract

ABSTRAK Rendahnya kemampuan intelektual dan motivasi pegawai kantor kecamatan Mangaran kabupaten Situbondo dalam melakukan pelayanan kepada masyarakat selama ini, berdampak pada kinerja kerja pegawai. Bedasarkan atas latar belakang tersebut, peneliti melakukan penelitian terkait dengan pengaruh kemampuan intelektual dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor kecamatan Mangaran kabupaten Situbondo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: 1)Kemampuan intelektual berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3) Kemampuan intelektual dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dalam hipotesis yang sudah ditulis di awal dikatakan bahwa kemampuan intelektual berpengaruh secara terhadap kinerja pegawai dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemampuan intelektual dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Kemampuan intelektual, motivasi kerja, kinerja ABSTRACT The low intellectual ability and motivation of employees of the Mangaran sub-district office, Situbondo Regency, in providing services to the community so far impacts employee work performance. Based on this background, researchers researched the influence of intellectual abilities and work motivation on the performance of the Mangaran sub-district office employees, Situbondo Regency. The type of research used in the study used a quantitative research approach. Based on the research results, it is concluded that:1) Intellectual ability affects employee performance.2). Work motivation affects employee performance. 3) Intellectual ability and work motivation affect employee performance. In the hypothesis written at the beginning, it is said that intellectual ability partially affects employee performance, and work motivation partially affects employee performance.
