Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha pembibitan cabai pada Kelompok Tani Karang Asem Indah, Kelurahan Patokan, Kecamatan Situbondo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Total biaya yang dikeluarkan adalah Rp. 9.404.802,- per musim tanam. Penerimaan dari usaha pembibitan cabe ini sebesar Rp 23.596.000,- sehingga pendapatannya mencapai Rp 14.191.198,- (2) Nilai rasio R/C rata-rata adalah 2,5. Sedangkan nilai B/C terukur sebesar 1,5 yang menunjukkan bahwa usaha tani cabai pada Kelompok Tani Karang Asem Indah, Kelurahan Patokan di Kecamatan Situbondo, Kabupaten Situbondo menguntungkan serta layak untuk diusahakan. Kata Kunci : analisis kelayakan, usahatani, pembibitan cabai Abstract This study aims to determine the feasibility of the cayenne pepper breeding business in the Karang Asem Indah Farmers Group, Patokan Village, Situbondo District. The method used in this study is quantitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews. The results of this study show that: (1) The total cost incurred is Rp. 9,404,802,- per planting season. The revenue from this chili nursery business is IDR 23,607,333 so that the income reaches IDR 14,202,531,- (2) The average R/C ratio value is 2.5. Meanwhile, the measured B/C value is 1.5 which shows that the chili farming business in the Karang Asem Indah Farmers Group, Patokan Village in Situbondo District, Situbondo Regency is profitable and feasible to be ventured.
