Abstract

Abstrak 15 The implementation of Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 concerning Discipline for Civil Servants (PNS) Chapter II (Obligations and Prohibitions ofArticles 3 and 4) is carried out by the Bondowoso City Housing and Settlement Areas Qffice (DPKP). This implementation is an act of Civil Servant Discipline (PNS) which has been described in Government Regulation no. 53 2010 is the ability of Civil Servants (PNS) to comply with their obligations and avoid the prohibitions specified in the laws and regulations and/or official regulations which, if not obeyed or violated, will be subject to disciplinary punishment. Collecting data by conducting related literature reviews, direct observations and interviews with all civil servants (PNS) in the Housing and Settlement Areas of Bondowoso City, how to implement Government Regulation No. 33 of 2010 concerning Discipline of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Housing and Settlement Service Office. Residential Areas (DPKP) of Bondowoso City, to be precise, use Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 concerning Civil Servant Discipline (PNS) Chapter II (Obligations and Prohibitions of Articles 3 and 4). Data analysis with descriptive qualitative analysis accompanied by an explanation of the actual interview results to the research objectives. The results of this study are (1) the implementation of Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 Chapter II (Obligations and Prohibitions of Articles 3 and 4) healthy program (certification of land rights). for fishermen in the Housing and Setlement Area Service (DPKP) of Bondowoso City can be said to be good, from the results of interviews with headsand civil servants (PNS) in the Housing and Settlement dreas Office of Bondowoso City who have implemented Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 concerning Discipline of Civil Servants (PNS) ChapterI (Obligations and Prohibitions Articles 3 and 4).
