Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Students Teams Achievement Division) terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV di SDN 1 Kapongan, yang didorong oleh kurangnya semangat dan dorongan belajar para siswa akibat pendekatan pembelajaran klasik yang tidak begitu menarik. Dalam studi ini, digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan desain post-test tanpa kelompok kontrol, di mana sampel dibagi menjadi dua segmen, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menerima perlakuan model STAD dan kelompok kontrol yang tetap menggunakan pendekatan tradisional. Temuan riset ini mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD secara substansial memperbaiki pencapaian belajar IPAS pada materi tentang Keragaman Budaya. Ini terbukti dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,265 yang melampaui t tabel 1,999 pada tingkat signifikansi 5%, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar IPAS, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD Abstract: This research is aimed at exploring the impact of implementing the STAD (Students Teams Achievement Division) type cooperative learning method on the science and science learning outcomes of grade IV students at SDN 1 Kapongan, which is driven by the lack of enthusiasm and encouragement for students to learn due to the classical learning approach which is not very interesting . In this study, a quantitative approach was used with a post-test design without a control group, where the sample was divided into two segments, namely the experimental group that received STAD model treatment and the control group that continued to use the traditional approach. The findings of this research reveal that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning method substantially improves science learning achievement in material on Cultural Diversity. This is proven by the calculated t value of 2.265 which exceeds the t table of 1.999 at the 5% significance level, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.
