Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Bungatan Kabupaten Situbondo, Moch. Fajar Miswanto, 202214091; 2024:73 halaman: Program Studi Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Bungatan Kabupaten Situbondo serta besarnya pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan terhadap kenerja pegawai di Kecamatan Bungatan Kabupaten Situbondo. Dari segi akademik diharapkan bermanfaat bagi perkembangan ilmu pemerintahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif yang memberikan gambaran mengenai Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kedisiplinan di Kecamatan Bungatan Kabupaten Situbondo. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik obeservasi, wawancara, dan media kuesioner dengan memilih responden yakni pegawai di Kecamatan Bungatan yang berperan dan terlibat dalam pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif dan didukung oleh data kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F dengan aplikasi SPSS. Tempat penelitian adalah Kecamatan Bungatan Kabupaten Situbondo, sampelnya semua pegawainya, yang dijadikan responden sebanyak 34 orang karena menggunakan teknik penelitian sensus. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Bungatan dengan dibuktikan Uji F (16,122)> F tabel (3,30), secara parsial variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (2,492) dan Disiplin Kerja (4,419) lebih besar daripada t tabel (2,036), sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai. Di sini menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja lebih dominan daripada gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Bungatan Kabupaten Situbondo. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of employees in Bungatan District, Situbondo Regency and the magnitude of the influence of leadership style variables and discipline on employee performance in Bungatan District, Situbondo Regency. From an academic point of view, it is expected to be useful for the development of government science. This study uses a Quantitative research method that provides an overview of the Leadership Style and Discipline in Bungatan District, Situbondo Regency. The data collection technique uses observation techniques, interviews or interviews, and questionnaire media by selecting respondents, namely employees in Bungatan District who play a role and are involved in services to the community. The data obtained is then analyzed qualitatively and supported by quantitative data. The analysis method used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing using the t test and F test with the SPSS application. The research place is Bungatan District, Situbondo Regency, the sample is all employees, who are used as respondents as many as 34 people because they use census research techniques. The results of the study explain that the Leadership Style and Work Discipline simultaneously affect the performance of Bungatan District employees as evidenced by the F test (16,122) > F table (3.30), partially the Leadership Style variable (2,492) and Work Discipline (4,419) is greater than the t table (2,036), so that it affects employee performance. This shows that the work discipline variable is more dominant than the leadership style on employee performance in Bungatan District, Situbondo Regency.
