Abstract
INDONESIA Adelia Kurnia Rohma, NPM. 202010066, Implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak Di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Nurul Anshar. Penelitian yang berjudul Implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak Di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Nurul Anshar dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya kasus tindakan kekerasan yang terjadi di ranah pendidikan khususnya sekolah dasar. Kekerasan yang terjadi adalah kekerasan fisik dan non fisik, contohnya seperti tindakan bullying, diskriminatif, dan kekerasan fisik pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan pertama untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di sekolah dasar islam terpadu nurul anshar ini sesuai dengan indikator sekolah ramah anak. Kedua untuk mengetahui hasil implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di sekolah dasar islam terpadu nurul anshar terhadap guru dan peserta didik. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori dari Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menyimpulkan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pertama: Hasil dari implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di sekolah dasar islam terpadu nurul anshar yaitu memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta didik dan juga guru dalam hal wawasan baru terkait perlindungan dan hak-hak anak dan serangkaian program sekolah ramah anak seperti sosialisasi anti bullying dengan bekerjasama dengan polres situbondo, kegiatan sosialisasi Parenting bersama orang tua peserta didik yang dilakukan oleh dinas pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak. Implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di sekolah ini juga sudah sesuai dengan indikator sekolah ramah anak walaupun ada beberapa hal yang perlu di perbaiki terkait perwatan fasilitas sekolah agar penggunaan fasilitas yang tersedia disekolah lebih optimal dan bermamfaat bagi peserta didik. The research entitled Implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program at the Nurul Anshar Integrated Islamic Elementary School was motivated by the many cases of acts of violence that occurred in the realm of education, especially elementary schools. The violence that occurs is physical and non-physical violence, for example bullying, discrimination and physical violence against students. This research aims first to find out and understand how the implementation of the child-friendly school program at the Nurul Anshar integrated Islamic elementary school is in accordance with the child-friendly school indicators. Second, to find out the results of the implementation of the child-friendly school program at the Nurul Anshar integrated Islamic elementary school for teachers and students. The research method used in this thesis uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the theory of Miles and aHuberman, namely collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and concluding data. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded firstly: The results of the implementation of the child-friendly school program at the Nurul Anshar integrated Islamic elementary school are providing a positive impact on students and teachers in terms of new insights regarding the protection and rights of children and a series of child-friendly school programs such as socialization. anti-bullying by collaborating with the Situbondo Police, Parenting outreach activities with parents of students carried out by the women's empowerment and child protection service. The implementation of the child-friendly school program at this school is also in accordance with the child-friendly school indicators, although there are several things that need to be improved regarding the maintenance of school facilities so that the use of the facilities available at the school is more optimal and beneficial for students.
