Abstract
ABSTRAK Devan Dwi Sapta Handika, NPM. 201913075, Peran Disiplin kerja dan Kepemimpinan dalam membangun Kinerja dengan mediasi variabel Kepuasan kerja pada Pabrik Gula (PG) Assembagoes Disiplin kerja sangat penting untuk menjamin terpeliharanya tata tertib pelaksanaan setiap tugas tanpa adanya disiplin kerja sangan sulit bagi perusahaan untuk berhasil, dalam menegakkan disiplin kerja setiap pelanggan disiplin kerja dikenakan hukuman. Seorang pemimpin baik menengah atau puncak, bertanggung jawab menjamin bahwa usaha orang lain di arahkan dalam pencapaian tujuan. penelitian ini menganalisis dan menguji peran Disiplin kerja dan Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja keryawan di Pabrik Gula (PG) Assembagoes. Peneitian ini merupakan penelitian exsplanatori, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan karyawan di Pabrik Gula (PG) Assembagoes. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan quota sampling. Analisis data dan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model persamaan Struktural – Partial Least Squere (PLS-SEM). Hasil uji hipotesis pengaruh langsung menggunakan aplikasi Smard PLS 3.0,menunjukkan bahwa, Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikat terhadap kinerja, Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikat terhadap kepuasan kerja, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikat terhadap Kinerja, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikat terhadap Kepuasan kerja, Kinerja berpengaruh signifikat positif terhadap Kepuasan kerja. Hasil uji hipotesis pengaruh tidak langsung menujukkan variabel Disiplin kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikat terhadap Kepuasan kerja melalui Kinerja. Variable Kepemiminan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikat positif signifikat kepuasan kerja melalui Kinerja. Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja, Kepuasan kerja. A leader, whether middle or top, is responsible for ensuring that the efforts of others are directed toward achieving goals. This study analyzes and examines the role of work discipline and leadership on employee performance at Assembagoes Sugar Factory (PG). This research is explanatory research, the population in this study is work discipline and employee leadership at the Assembagoes Sugar Factory (PG). The sampling Tttechnique is determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypotheses in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Squere (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smard PLS3.0 application, show that Work discipline has a significant effect on performance, Work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, Leadership has a significant positive effect on Performance,Leadership has a significant positive effect on Job satisfaction, Performance has a significant positive effect on Job satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the work discipline variable indirectly has a significant effect on job satisfaction through performance.
