Abstract

This research is used (1) to look at the effect of communication, work environment and work enthusiasmpartially on the performance of national civil servants (2)to look at the effect of communication, work environment and work enthusiasm it has simultaneouson the performance of national civil servants(3)In order to determine the interplay between communication, the work environment and the most dominant work spirit, it has an effect on the performance of the national civil service apparatus.
