Abstract

Hasil uji hipotesis pengaruh langsung menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0 Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas kerja Pegawai (H1 diterima), Pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas kerja Pegawai (H2 diterima), Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas kerja Pegawai (H3 diterima), Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (H4 ditolak), Pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (H5 diterima), Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (H6 diterima), Loyalitas kerja Pegawai berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (H7 diterima), Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Loyalitas kerja Pegawai (H8 ditolak), Pendidikan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Loyalitas kerja Pegawai (H9 ditolak), dan Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Loyalitas kerja Pegawai (H10 ditolak) Results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application Leadership has a significant positive effect on Employee work loyalty (H1 is accepted), Education has a significant positive effect on Employee work Loyalty (H2 is accepted), Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on Employee work Loyalty (H3 is accepted), Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on Employee performance ( H4 is rejected), Education has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (H5 is accepted), Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (H6 is accepted), Employee work loyalty has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (H7 is accepted), Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Employee work Loyalty (H8 rejected), Education has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Employee work Loyalty (H9 rejected), and Organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Employee work Loyalty (H10 rejected)
