Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on the work productivity of employees of PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Jember. The sampling technique using saturated sampling techniques with a total sample of 44 people. Data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaire and literature study were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t test, F test, dominant test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the leadership style variable (X1), intrinsic motivation (X2) and extrinsic motivation (X3) had a positive effect on the employee productivity variable (Y) of PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa, Jember Regency. Intrinsic motivation has the most dominant influence on employee work productivity. If intrinsic motivation is applied to the maximum, work productivity will increase for the future. Extrinsic leadership style and motivation still need to be improved even though it has a smaller effect than intrinsic motivation.
