Abstract

The UN is a tax with a collection system. Semi Self Assessment System where the more pro-active and cooperative tax authorities perform calculations, determine the tax payable and distribute it to the local government through Dispenda based on the Tax Object Registration Letter (SPOP) which is filled by Taxpayers or verification of tax authorities in the field, Local Government through District , Kelurahan / Desa, even distributing Debt Tax Returns (SPPT) to the hands of the UN taxpayer. The research approach is quantitative research. the population in this study were 92 recipients of service from the last 3 months. The sample in this study was 92 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation and literature. The aim of this study To find out whether the hypothesis is accepted / rejected, then the price is calculated compared to rtable. From the results of the comparison with r count with a significance level of 5% with the number of respondents 99 people obtained rtable = 0.198 while the rxy hypothesis is 0.992. From the calculation obtained Fcount is 5535 while Ftable is 3.947 on db = 92 - 1 - 1 = 90 with a significance level of 5% means Fcount> Ftable so that it can be said that there is an influence of service quality on motivation in paying Land and Building Tax in the Agency Local Financial and Asset Management Revenue (BPPKAD).
