Abstract

Di era globalisasi pesatnya kemajuan teknologi sangat penting terhadap berbagai kegiatan, salah satunya kegiatan yang dilakukan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Situbondo. Ada 2 faktor utama yang mempengaruhi tujuan Instansi salah satunya adalah Reformasi Birokrasi dan Budaya Kerja. Reformasi Birokrasi adalah perubahan pola pikir untuk melakukan pembaruan dan perubahan, sedangkan Budaya Kerja adalah sikap dan perilaku individu atau kelompok yang didasari atas nilai-nilai yang telah diyakini kebenarannya dan dipakai untuk kegiatan sehari-hari di Instansi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial, simultan dan dominan Reformasi Birokrasi dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Situbondo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data 1. Uji validitas 2. Uji reliabilitas 3. Uji asumsi klasik 4. Dan uji hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 39 responden atau seluruh pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Situbondo untuk dijadikan sampel. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa: 1. ada pengaruh Reformasi Birokrasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Situbondo 2. ada pengaruh Budaya Kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja Pada Pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Situbondo 3. ada pengaruh Reformasi Birokrasi dan Budaya Kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Situbondo. Kata Kunci: Reformasi Birokrasi, Budaya Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai The Influence of Bureaucratic Reform and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agency of Situbondo District In the era of rapid globalization, the swift progress of technology plays a pivotal role in various activities, including those carried out at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agency (DPMPTSP) in Situbondo District. Two primary factors impact the institution's objectives, namely Bureaucratic Reform and Work Culture. Bureaucratic Reform entails a shift in mindset to drive innovation and change, while Work Culture involves the attitudes and behaviors of individuals or groups grounded in values believed to be true and applied in the institution's daily operations. The objective of this study is to assess the individual, combined, and predominant impacts of Bureaucratic Reform and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agency in Situbondo District. The research adopts a quantitative approach involving several data analysis methods: 1. Validity testing, 2. Reliability testing, 3. Classical assumption testing, and 4. Hypothesis testing. The sample for this study comprises 39 respondents, representing the entire workforce of the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agency in Situbondo District. The study's findings reveal the following: 1. There is a partial impact of Bureaucratic Reform on the performance of employees at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agency in Situbondo District. 2. There is a partial impact of Work Culture on the performance of employees at the same agency. 3. There is a simultaneous impact of Bureaucratic Reform and Work Culture on the performance of employees at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agency in Situbondo District. keywords: bureaucratic reform, work culture, employee performance
